How to order
-
Ordering process
Send an enquiry → a colleague confirms model, quantity and configuration with you → we issue a formal written quotation (unit price, accessories, freight range, lead time) → contract on confirmation → production with instrument-by-instrument quality checks → shipment with tracking. Overseas customers get a dedicated English-speaking contact. -
Minimum order and quotation
Single instruments and bulk orders are both quoted. Volume orders for studios, schools and institutions are priced by quantity and model mix, usually below retail; dealer and distributor terms are separate. All prices are confirmed in the written quotation — retail prices on this site are indicative only. -
Lead time
Confirmed in writing on the quotation and depends on model and quantity: stock models are faster than made-to-order ones, and bulk or school configurations take proportionally longer. The quotation and contract govern. -
Packing, shipping and documents
Domestic orders ship by trackable logistics to an address you specify. International orders can be arranged with packing and transport options; freight and timing are quoted per shipment. Formal invoices are available, and customs documentation can be provided for export orders. -
After-sales
See the After-sales page for our policy. Please contact us about any quality issue on arrival rather than dismantling the soundboard or bridges yourself; volume customers can negotiate periodic inspection and parts supply.
